Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that Lisa practices. Based on scientific research, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) aims to give you the tools you need to overcome psychological problems. As the name suggests, you challenge your behaviour and thought processes to effect the change in your life. To change your behaviour, you must take the skills learned in the clinic and apply them to make the change you want. To help you through this process, Lisa lends an empathetic ear and a judgement-free space. She is there to address your concerns and provide perspective as she counsels on coping strategies and changes in behaviour. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Social Work.
